"Went into the agent to try to get a document notarized. Nobody was in the office just this agent I have been with state farm since 1989 and have multiple times gone into a convenient State Farm. Agent to have something notarized for me they willingly able to notarize a document ! He said that because I was not a customer of his State Farm Facility that he could not notarize it because they can only pull up information for their own local customers he didn't even ask for my insurance documentation! Very disappointed in his level of care.As I know this was a false statement! That he explained to me and he apparently just thought I Was not intelligent enough to know any better State farm is a very reputable and honorable company they have And this is why I have been with them for 35 years. However, a very disappointing experience with this particular agent in call really bring the whole company into a bad light."
